- Billing or plan changes: visit your Account page — most updates can be made there without contacting us.
- Clip not appearing in your library: manual clip creation can take 5–30 seconds depending on stream quality. If it's been longer than that, include the Twitch channel name and approximate time you clipped so we can track it down.
- API keys or webhooks (Pro / Basic): manage them in Settings → Developer. If you're on Trial, you can upgrade from there.
- Bug reports: a short description plus the time it happened (with timezone) helps us trace it in logs. Screenshots are gold.
