Make three accounts, post to all three

TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. The same vertical clip goes to all three unchanged — a good edit is good everywhere, and the second and third uploads cost you nothing. Three platforms means three chances for each clip to find its audience.

CHAPTER 02

Put one line in the bio

Something like "Fan clips. Not affiliated with the streamer." It tells the platform and the viewer what the page is, and it is the difference between a fan page and an impersonation report.

Warm the account up first

Before the first post, spend a day acting like a viewer in your niche: follow other clip pages and fan accounts, like and comment on the streamers you plan to clip. The platform decides who to show your first videos to from what it already knows about you, so give it something to go on.

Pick one or two streamers — and not the biggest ones

Clip people you actually watch. You know their running jokes, you spot the moment faster, and it stops feeling like a job. Skip the top-five names: hundreds of pages already clip them and your post is buried under identical uploads. A streamer with a few thousand viewers and nobody clipping them is open ground.

Be first to the moment, not a copy of it

Platforms downrank content that looks like something already posted. If a moment is everywhere, either skip it or clip around it — the setup before, the reaction after, the chat noticing. Overlooked moments hit harder because you are the only one who has them. The faster you get the moment, the more of them you are first to.

Study the pages that win

Search your streamer on each platform and find the clip pages that pull views. Look at how they write captions, where they cut, and what is on screen in the first second. Copy the format until you are getting views, then add your own style.

Expect the first 30 posts to feel random

Some will flop, some will pop, some will sit at zero. That is feedback, not failure. Concentrate on four things: a hook inside the first 1.5 seconds, no dead space, strong captions, and posting on a schedule. Repetition beats inspiration.
